Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) is that which is conducted by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) under the VET Quality Framework. All certificates issued for NRT will include an NRT logo.
All safety legislation in Australia requires a Person in Control of a Business or Undertaking (PCBU)/Employer to provide safe working areas and training for their workers/employees in which to conduct their duties in a safe manner. For some industries, workplaces and roles this may require specific training E.g. Forklift Divers, workplace fire & emergency training and health and safety representative training.

Yes you can when the training is for your staff only or is onsite at your place of business; in fact we encourage you to use your businesses policies and procedures, documents etc. to make the training more relevant.
From 1 January 2015 ALL participants undertaking nationally recognised training delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). It is free and easy for students to create their own USI’s online. To apply for a USI and for information regarding the USI system, please visit: www.usi.gov.au. From 1 January 2015 no statement of attainments or qualifications can be issued without having a USI recorded.
